Key Qualifications

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Advanced Spreadsheet and Modelling skills utilizing Excel, SAP, and Process Mapping Tools (e.g., Miro, Signavio). Skills also include Macros and programming functions.
Cross-functional partnering skills, including working with global teams and providing strategic consultations on business proposals, promotional campaigns, and sales programs
Executive-level presentations requiring simplified communication of complex financial modelling
Working with financial and commercial data to drive business initiatives and key financial decisions
Corporate financial consulting experience
Economic and Financial Analysis, understanding key concepts such as margin, demand elasticities, market cannibalization and growth models
Process management and innovation. Track record of improving and revolutionizing processes and management systems to drive efficiencies

Description

Multiple positions available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop weekly and quarterly demand forecasts, segmented by product, country, segment, and channel. Understand how variables such as historical performance, seasonality, promotions, and the macro/micro economic environment affect the current business trends. Prepare and present comprehensive forecast assumption analysis. Provide strategic consultation and guidance on business proposals, promotional campaigns, sales programs and key financial decisions affecting the organization. Present complex financial modeling in simplified form to Leadership. Build strong global business partnerships. Assist the sales performance and geo-focused teams by developing analyses, tools, processes and procedures to facilitate and monitor business initiatives. Partner with the inventory planning teams to provide forecast insights that drive supply allocation. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $106725 - $158100/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
