Communication with and support of internal stakeholders such as Delivery, MyCo (product), Marketing and Brand Management, and Accounting & Finance teams

Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to support the team and ensure we are meeting compliance requirements

Mentor and support junior team members, including teaching project management, managing bandwidth and prioritization, and conducting performance reviews.

2+ years of experience in a finance-related role

Manage reimbursement systems and financial systems such as Divvy, and QuickBooks online

Communicate with finance-related external contractors: banks, tax firms, external auditors

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience and working towards ACCA

1. Manage daily operations of accounting, including data records, accounts reconciliations, data consolidations etc.

6. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting role

• Attention to detail, problem-solving and investigative skills, coupled with a creative, analytical orientation

Regular Communication with management team

Bachelor’s Degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Able to work successfully in a remote team environment in diverse locations

Knowledge of multiple contract types especially FFP and T&M

Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence

Continuous monitoring of contract actuals and performance
