You'll work alongside our talented and diverse cross-functional teams, analyzing data and spotting trends that will help drive our strategic decisions. By monitoring and reporting key performance indicators and developing actionable insights, you will be at the forefront of driving performance improvement in every department and for FINESSE as a whole.

You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and you thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Recommended Background

• Prior experience in finance or operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment either through previous full-time work experience or through relevant internships in the field
• Advanced skills with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
