LinkedIn is looking for a Business Systems Analyst. In this role, the employee will partner with our product and engineering teams to support the review, implementation, project management and support of third-party tools. This role will be responsible for working with vendors to understand the roadmap, coordinating upgrades, configuring system changes, and managing license usage. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with system configuration or administration, working with vendors on system implementations and upgrades, defining process, writing system requirements, as well as experience working on cross functional projects. This position will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the sales and support go-to-market business processes and users. This includes understanding the business team’s priorities, how the tools strategy aligns with the overall technology roadmap, as well as technology support processes. This role will work closely with R&D as well as fostering relationships with stakeholders within key business units sponsoring initiatives.

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for delivery of global third-party tool rollouts, projects and enhancements for the go-to-market area.
•Follows best practices and suggests improvements to processes used to assess and support tools.
•Partners with Sales Enablement team to support training, communication and adoption.
•Manifests hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support go-to-market (Sales and Support).
•Suggests solutions and considers opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools/products.
•Analyzes and coordinates processes, configures changes, application enhancements, and recommends solutions to maximize the effectiveness of the tools.
•Provides input to decision making and problem solving across projects and teams.
•Engages, coordinates, and aligns with business partners to develop a short-term and long-term tool strategy to achieve goals.
•Guides the use of technology tools to meet business needs. Capable of partnering with developers and understanding their challenges.
•Ensures the applications are supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation, test cases and logical application diagrams.
•Collaborates with peers in the R&D teams to drive initiatives and deliver new tools and enhancements to existing tools.
Basic Qualifications:
•BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related technical discipline, or related practical experience
•2+ years experience in implementation of tools/technologies, process development, or system configuration.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience managing vendors including managing tool reviews, renewal cycle, influencing roadmaps.
•Experience working in projects, and handling project management activities.
•Experience identifying, gathering requirements, providing guidance, and assist in designing interfaces from 3rd party systems into Enterprise applications
•Experience supporting Sales or Support technologies is preferred but not required.
•Hands-on implementation experience with go-to-marketing tools.
•Strong understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
•Ability to lead multiple projects with competing priorities across worldwide based
talent in multiple time zones
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
