Administrative Personal Assistant Needed for UHNW Family in Palm Beach, FL

A lovely UHNW Family in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a full-time administrative personal assistant to work directly under their Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment. This person should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to manage complex calendars with constant changes, keep up with little scheduling details, help connect the dots with various projects, and work with travel agents to book extensive travel.

This candidate should have experience working with budgets and spreadsheets and be able to assist with special projects like gifting or other personal items for the Mrs. Must be tech-savvy, possess a type A personality, and have experience with systems and processes.

A hospitality and service background is highly preferred, but not required. Candidates who have experience supporting a family office and/or HNWF is strongly desired, but not required. This person should have a kind personality and lead with a service attitude.

Schedule: This role is hybrid and will be primarily remote, but the candidate must be located near Palm Beach, FL, and be flexible enough to work at the family's home when needed.

Location: Palm Beach, FL. Open to candidates across the U.S. who are willing to relocate. The Family will help pay for relocation.

Compensation and Benefits: Up to $120K DOE, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
