Job Description
Our client is searching for an Executive Assistant to support the principal of a private equity firm in Manhattan. This position is required to report on site Monday through Friday in the Manhattan office. The EA will act as a true gate keeper, review and prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage complex calendars, and oversee expenses. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize multiple high importance tasks, have a proven track record for meeting deadlines, and have some accounting experience.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of similar experience supporting one executive
  • Excellent verifiable references


Salary: $85K - $125K
