Our client, a bio start up that minimizes toxicity and eliminates tumors, is searching for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks and ensure that all projects run seamlessly. We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills. The candidate will also assist with scheduling and calendar management. The office you will be a part of is a 30 person office.
*Please note this is a 5-month temp role - $50-$55/h*
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain and manage a complex calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordination of meetings and events
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Handle confidential, highly sensitive, urgent materials and information in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Comprehensive international travel planning
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, preparing and following up appropriately
- Coordinate and follow up on special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of strong experience supporting C-level induvial
- Background in the medical or bio pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Dynamic, engaging, and professional with a positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office; ability to quickly learn new systems and programs
- Proven ability to function well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, and precision
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills
