Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and experienced individual looking for an exciting opportunity as an Executive Assistant? We are a well-established family office, operating in the real estate development and investment sector, among other businesses in our diverse portfolio. We're on the lookout for a talented individual to become the right hand to our Principal and Acquisitions Director, supporting them both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and meetings.
Facilitate conference calls and organize virtual meetings.
Keep our digital business files in perfect order, ensuring seamless accessibility across multiple locations.
Create and manage weekly agendas, keeping everyone aligned and on track.
Interact professionally and effectively with various stakeholders, including the Principal, Director of Acquisitions, vendors, lawyers, bankers, and more.
Coordinate deliveries and shipping to streamline operations.
Occasionally handle personal errands and travel arrangements.
Oversee personal and business banking accounts, managing financial transactions.
Efficiently pay bills and manage financial matters.
Stay updated on the latest technology, systems, and computer programs to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
You are intelligent and well-spoken, possessing excellent communication skills.
You have previous experience supporting busy executives, demonstrating high integrity and confidentiality in all matters.
Being detail-oriented and highly organized is second nature to you.
You are proficient in Apple/Mac and PC systems, including MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), calendaring, video, and conference call systems.
Quick learner with a knack for picking up new technology and systems.
Your analytical and computer skills are top-notch.
You thrive under pressure and can work independently with minimal oversight.
Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to you.
You maintain a professional demeanor, representing our office with grace and poise.
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with a good driving record.
Flexibility is key, as you can handle last-minute requests with ease.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience
Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Personal Assistant: 5 years (Preferred)
