Job Description

Our client, a leading Global Investor has a dedicated Secondaries Investment team based across London and NY. The position is based in NY working on investments across North America in their dedicated Credit Fund.


Specifically looking for a Senior Associate or VP who will be responsible for:

  • Day to day this could include financial modelling, valuations, negotiation and preparing investment memorandum.
  • Participate in the development of appropriate deal structures to meet sellers’ and/or managers’ needs
  • Conduct due diligence and assist with deal execution and transaction management.
  • Execution of investment opportunities in the Credit Secondaries sector by evaluating potential transactions including performing detailed sector and company research and analysis.


The ideal candidate will have a background as follows:


  • 4-6 years experience in Secondaries or Credit
  • Good academic qualifications and demonstrated performance
  • Excellent financial modelling skills
  • Currently employed by one of the leading private equity secondaries fund or Credit focused Investments platform.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
