Portfolio Analyst - $40B Aum Private Equity Fund - $125,000 Base Salary + Bonus

Overview of Position: The position will primarily be responsible for maintaining current and historical portfolio company financial and operating metrics, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis at the fund and individual portfolio company level, evaluating quarterly portfolio company valuations and preparing internal and external portfolio reporting. The position will help support senior management, accounting, fundraising and investor relations teams. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Assist in the development of iLevel data management platform to collect, maintain and analyze portfolio company financials and KPIs • Assist in the development of portfolio analytical framework and portfolio monitoring processes and procedures • Assist in the preparation and review of portfolio company and fund-level reporting • Work with Deal Team to review valuations of portfolio companies and liaise with auditors • Assist senior management with ad hoc performance and forecasting analyses • Prepare LP inquiries and due diligence requests which may require collaboration with fundraising and investor relations groups • Work with IT department in the design and implementation of new procedures and integration of systems to assist in the collection and dissemination of portfolio company data
