Job Description
Company Overview

Primary Purpose


The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors.


Essential Functions
  • Manage all correspondences and phones, making travel arrangements for the CEO and NR staff, preparing reports, filling and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, creating documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Publisher and/or PowerPoint
  • Provide executive support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
  • Liaison with finance department
  • Assist Management with daily tasks, scheduling and providing support with special projects as needed
  • Provide support with special projects for operations and facilities as needed
  • Coordinate all facets of Board committee meetings, retreats and meetings. Coordinate communications with board, board e-newsletter
  • Manage gift cards
  • Pick up and drop off mail daily
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office and the CEO
  • Work closely with development team
  • Assist in coordination of on-site activities related to development including volunteers, donors, events and donations
  • Create daily check log for distribution
  • Become notary and maintain qualification
  • Coordinate and attend external committee meetings, as requested
  • Arrange and coordinate on and off-site functions
  • Communicate with Board of Directors


Qualifications


  • 7 plus years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior level executive
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and willingness to work as a team to support the mission of New Reach, Inc
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions proactively
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work independently and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software, excel and budgets
  • Reliable and dedicated

This position would be M-F 8:30-5 and pays between $50,000-$60,000.
