Pay Range: $18.43 - $22.00 per hour


FT-Position, 40 hours per week

What would my Essential Duties be?
  • Work independently to provide administrative and office management to the President & CEO, the Communications Manager, and other Senior Leaders
  • Uphold the organization’s mission, values, code of conduct, and business ethics in all interactions with integrity and professionalism.
  • Serve as a point of contact and gatekeeper to prioritize urgent or sensitive matters.
  • Support the stakeholders (Board of Directors) and all committees by working with the President & CEO to create agendas, keep board documents up-to-date, take minutes (five evening meetings annually), schedule meetings, and other assignments as required.
  • Perform any other work-related duties as assigned or directed.
  • Coordinate and monitor pending assigned projects to ensure organization and timeliness of follow-up
  • Adhere to all Network and/or Affiliate policies, practices, and standards.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, protecting and securing all private, personal, and strategic information related to any aspect of the operations.
  • Adhere to all local, contractual, state, and federal regulations, including those governing employment and safety.
  • Responding to program participants, employees, stakeholders, customers, partners, and affiliates; all inquiries, requests, etc., in a timely, polite, sensitive, and professional manner.
  • Support agency-wide branding and communications, including social media presence, promotional materials, newsletters, public events, etc.
  • Providing administrative assistance, including drafting and reviewing e-mails, memos, communications, agendas, etc.; managing calendars, sending reminders, scheduling, and recording meetings; confirming appointments, creating itineraries, arranging for catering, travel, or transportation, and managing requests to ensure the flow of information is accurate and timely.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
What are the Qualifications and Educational Requirements of the position?
  • Two (2) years successful administrative experience.
  • College degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
What Preferred Knowledge do I need to have?
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Company Software (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe, Social Media Platforms, etc.)

What are the Physical Demands?
While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent will have to use the required technology and electronic devices, sit, stand, and occasionally move throughout the building, and travel to local sites. Required to communicate verbally effectively and in writing (speaking and hearing), fulfilling the job’s duties.
What are the Environmental Demands?
The noise level in the environment is generally quiet. Must be able to stay on task when the Senior Leaders are working outside of the office.
Do I need a background screening?
Must submit to a background check during the length of employment as dictated by the contract. Must be able to pass criminal and drug screening processes to meet current contract eligibility requirements that apply.
