The Boeing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Level 4 or 5 to join Boeing Defense Space & Security located in Mesa, AZ. This person will act as the Executive Assistant to the BDS Fabrication Vice President supporting the organization to develop strategies, track plans and metrics to achieve business objectives and support people strategies and culture.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures. Facilitates the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.
  • Anticipate important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations. Demonstrate the use of information -gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions.
  • Responsible for planning, managing, and execution of activities across the BDS Fabrication organization.

Position is onsite in Mesa, AZ with ability to work remotely on Fridays most weeks. (Additional flexibility in schedule that can be discussed during the interview process.)

The selected candidate may be required to travel up to 10% - 20%

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 + years’ experience skills in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Must be able to travel at least 10- 20%
  • 3 + years’ experience creating and delivering presentations to manufacturing employees, executive leadership, and community event.
  • 3+ years; of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
  • 3+ years; of experience with Analyzing Data.
  • Effective written and verbal communication across diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to take initiative without direction.
  • 3 or more years' of Manufacturing or Operations experience preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Solid communication skills in both oral and written format.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Relocation is not available with this position.

Summary pay range for Level 4: $93,500 – $126,500

Summary pay range for Level 5: $119,850 – $162,150
