Job Description
PTS Advance has an immediate opening for an Administrative assistant at our client's site in Greeley, Colorado. As part of the Digital Core team project administrative assistant will perform varied professional administrative functions to support the rollout of SAP S4HANA deployment in the Rockies Business Unit. This position will support the team in prepare the organization for the digital transformation from legacy systems to the newly integrated foundational platform that touches 5 global locations and over 600 employees and contractors.
This position will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. General office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
Schedule: Some weeks will be hybrid (Onsite: Tuesday - Thursday & Remote: Monday and Friday).
However, this is subject to change, as there will be weeks where projects will require contractors to be onsite.
Location: Mileage will be paid to and from site location, if contractor is not in the surrounding area of Greeley, CO., at .65/mile
Skills/Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • 5 years of administrative, sales or marketing experience in the oil and gas industry
Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
