Entry Level Graphic Designer

Explore your ability to make the world more visually engaging! Exposure is looking for a creative and passionate Entry-level Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior designers and account specialists to assist in the creation and execution of various design projects.

This is a full-time position onsite at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.

Your position from day to day:

• Perform UX testing and reporting for client websites
• Collaborate with our digital marketing team with the development of a wide variety of graphics including, but not limited to, social media graphics, videos, ad campaigns, email designs, and blog illustrations
• Conduct design-specific client research
• Perform website updates including content integration, page enhancements and design formatting, and basic HTML/CSS updates
• Design supporting graphic pieces for clients that may include Word templates, PowerPoint templates, email signatures and related print and product elements
• Assist with branding initiatives such as logo concepts, brand animations, stationery and more

Qualifications:

• Experience with photography (taking headshots, product and still photos) a plus
• Print design and production experience a plus
• Motion graphics software experience such as After Effects a plus
• Understanding of typography and color theory as it relates to sound design practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or illustration
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Canva
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience desired, preferably in an agency setting
• Digital portfolio showcasing your work and abilities required
