Global Graphic Designer- (Remote)

What You Will Do:

The Global Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting our international team, designing creative work that successfully translates brand guidelines into a wide range of deliverables for global audiences such as (not limited to) print and digital design, large event and tradeshow activations, visual campaigns, photo and video productions, publications, website graphics, social media campaigns, direct mail, identity/logo creation, marketing collateral, online display advertising, email marketing, newsletters (print and electronic), and brand guideline work. This position will conceptualize ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, provide inspiration to creative projects and manage quality control including monitoring final project production and verifying deadlines are being met on time, within budget, and maintaining the highest standards.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Track work to ensure project deadlines are met
• Participate in creative kick-off meetings to advise internal clients on best strategies to reach their goals
• This job will have periodic access to confidential data including company records and/or minutes, customer quotes, product costs, and company plans, designs, and/or programs
• Helps oversee the maintenance of the creative design file library and manages the process for easy file access across the department
• May perform other duties as directed by the Creative Director and Art Director
• Create compelling design work across various digital and printed mediums based on a creative brief or project requestor specifications, often with tight deadlines and a variety of deliverables to execute per project
• Manage relationships with third party vendors: securing quotes, selecting vendors and tracking progress to meet project deadlines while maintaining effective levels of quality control
• Ability to brainstorm, draft concepts, clearly articulate and present ideas
• Stays current with design trends and researches comparable projects to recommend best practices
• Demonstrate disciplined execution of brand standards in all project work ensuring brand continuity from project to project
• Think creatively to develop concepts, graphics and visuals to communicate engaging stories in an efficient and effective manner
• Create a variety of work utilizing advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including video editing and animation

How You Will Grab Our Attention:

• Ability to provide and compile creative feedback into actionable revisions.
• Experience with social media graphic production, template creation and sizing out social graphics for different platforms required.
• Experience with event, photo and video production required.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including video editing and animation skills.
• Ability to anticipate project needs, build positive relationships with colleagues and vendors, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• A strong portfolio with a demonstrated eye for typography and spacing is required.
• Ability to take creative direction and turn around revisions quickly.
• Event branding, large format graphics and experiential graphic production experience required.
• Expert knowledge of document preflighting and the print production process.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field and 5+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mastery of Google Suite products, notably Google Slides, to design and create compelling presentations.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive outlook.

Bonus:

• Experience with photo and video editing
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering programs or ability to create realistic mockups in Photoshop
• Canva, Brandfolder, Trello or Monday.com experience is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or equivalent software for creation of motion graphics

Travel Required

• Business related local and distance travel during traditional and non-traditional work hours required – Local +/- 0% and Distance +/- 15%
