Production Graphic Designer | Remote | Contract

We are seeking a talented Production Graphic Designer to work closely with the Marketing team and bring our creative vision to life. As our production specialist, your focus will be on delivering design changes and requests for a variety of projects. A high standard of quality and attention to detail is a must for this role. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Create short video clips and GIFS to engage our audience.
  • Ensure high-quality output of design documents for print production.
  • Retouch and enhance screen grabs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal.
  • Stay up to date with our style branding guide and ensure consistency across graphic collateral.
  • Work with the Marketing team to complete creative briefs in a timely manner.
  • Undertake graphic updates for various projects, including but not limited to, webinars, power points, business cards, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Reflect brand values of positivity and inclusivity in every piece of content.
  • Maintain an organized file storage structure for easy access to design assets.
  • Update internal documents, files, and images, ensuring they are accessible to all teams.
  • Use existing templates to complete day-to-day marketing productions.
Please note that the duties of this position are subject to change, and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.

IS THIS YOU?
  • Knowledge of social media imagery best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with image optimization techniques
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all design work
  • Comfortable with designing for both print and web
  • Positive outlook and attitude
  • Canva super-user
  • Able to provide a polished portfolio of work showcasing your design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 3-5 years Graphic design experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism

DO YOU SCORE ANY BONUS POINTS?
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or other video editing software
  • Experience in or knowledgeable of user experience (UX)
  • Illustration skills
  • Experience with Squarespace
  • Experience with Figma software
