Job Description

We are looking for a Hunter! As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will continue to grow PX’s market share by engaging with and selling our platform to new enterprise customers looking to scale up demand for their products or services. But first, let us tell you a bit more about ourselves:

Responsibilities:


This is an enterprise sales role where you will be consultatively selling and focusing on a “solutions-oriented” partnership approach to our customers. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities:


Sell Our Technology & Platform

  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our PX value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects for the PX solution. The PX platform a SaaS solution is a Marketplace for leads, calls & transfers. Thus, it’s a combination play between technology and direct response customer demand media.
  • Solid AdTech/MarTech experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Advocate for deals once closed and support their ongoing success and expansion in coordination with our Customer Success team.
  • Experience & strength in go to market strategy and taking firms to the next level.
  • Manage all phases of the sales lifecycle from lead to close including prospecting and developing leads; meeting with customers (virtually for now, and in with some light travel in the future); developing use cases and proposals; financial deal structuring to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Sell our platform through a value-based sale, that helps our customers to think differently about their business problem(s) and lead them to our unique solution.


Know the Industry

  • Master the marketing technology domain to understand how PX’s solutions can be applied and add value to many facets of your customer’s marketing operations.
  • Understand your customer’s marketing and lead-to-sale conversion strategies to develop use cases for them, and provide the highest impact plan for PX value creation.


Make Connections

  • Travel as necessary to customer sites and industry events (~5%).
  • Engage, build relationships with, and educate senior executives in the industry and validate PX as the leader in the Customer Acquisition Platform category.
  • Work closely with PX sales peers, particularly in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to share industry, deal, and sales “best practice” knowledge.
  • Identify and engage the right customer stakeholders to drive consensus for deals; work cooperatively with internal teams for deal success.


Qualifications:


  • A persuasive and compelling storyteller, able to manage customers through a change decision.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives at large companies, preferably in marketing departments.
  • Experience prospecting enterprise-scale organizations while effectively engaging initial points of entry and quickly navigating the conversation to key stakeholders and across the CxO suite.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of solution sales experience ideally within a SaaS and/or Advertising Platform business model.
  • Proven track record of being a top performer within a sales organization and exceeding goals involving large, enterprise deals.
  • Understand the value of selling, we don’t want any customer we want the right customers who believe in what we are going to help them achieve and who have the internal infrastructure to realize success.
  • Existing Network, have a strong network of contacts at businesses that fit the needs of our target customers and industries.
  • Experience at a large AdTech or Digital Performance Marketing Agency is a big plus!
