Director of Sales - Cyber Security



COMPENSATION:

  • Remote/Hybrid Work - 2 Days in Office - Must live around NOVA/DC/MD

  • 1st Year Total Earnings Range: $300,000 - $350,000+

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of around 8 - 10+ Enterprise Account Executives & Sales Manager
  • Inspire, Lead, and Coach a Dynamic & Face-Paced Sales Team
  • Assist in Recruiting, Hiring, and Training to Grow & Maintain a Sales Team
  • Formulate and Executive on Monthly & Quarterly Sales Plans
  • Drive Larger Portions of Revenue for the Business
  • Coach, Mentor, and Motivate a High Producing Sales Team and Generate Revenue Opportunities for the Organization
  • Assist Sales team with Client Meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ambitious Mindset
  • Must Currently be in a Sales Director, Sales Manager Position
  • Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University
  • B2B Full Sales Cycle Experience in the CYBER SECURITY OR SOFTWARE space
  • Successful Track Record
  • Passionate about Cyber Security Sales Position
