What you'll do


Reporting to the Revenue Enablement organization, this person will act as the “Chief Enablement Officer,” a key business partner, to a Customer Success (CS) leader of an assigned region or segment. This role will be an experienced, trusted, data-driven strategic advisor who will help develop the revenue enablement strategy aligned with the business’ priorities and objectives and key results (OKR). They will act as a strategic advisor, owning the strategic end-to-end enablement plan and calendar to design, deliver and track enablement programs to accelerate talent development across products, industry and segment knowledge, and role-based competencies that lead to better customer conversations and revenue growth.


This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Global Performance Partners.


Responsibility


  • Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in the latest enablement trends, tools, programs, and technologies
  • Analyze and interpret key sales and CS metrics to identify gaps and define the most relevant enablement programs required to impact business metrics
  • Understand industry and GTM approach and use knowledge to build credibility and trust with leaders
  • Manage stakeholders cross-functionally to design and deliver a multi-modality aligned enablement plan with outcomes that drive revenue growth and customer success
  • Partner closely with the Global Content, Delivery, and Learning Operations Teams in Enablement to drive an integrated enablement quarterly and annual plan
  • Identify, develop, and maintain a framework for role-based competencies
  • Architect learning experiences and solutions to help the field with what they need to know and do to have great customer conversations
  • Design and ensure the execution and deployment of the end-to-end enablement strategy, plans, calendar, and agenda for the aligned Customer Success Organization


Job Designation


Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring


Basic


  • 5+ years of combined experience in CS and enablement function
  • 8+ years of experience


Preferred


  • Ability to represent complex concepts into a curriculum that sales and CS professionals can absorb and apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes with the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience with all customer-facing roles and activities
  • Proven track record of getting stuff done and driving adoption
  • Prior CS experience
  • Analytical skill set to drive insights from data and measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
  • Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills
  • Strong executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills at senior levels
  • Can communicate effectively, written and verbally, with sales, customer success, marketing, and operations teams to find gaps in resources and training
  • A strategic thinker able to formulate enablement programs that are high-impact and scalable, always keeping the end goal in mind
