You are an HR professional with at least 2 years of experience in benefits.

Support the annual benefits open enrollment process, including staff communications, employee self-service portal review and approvals, and benefits website updates.

Provide oversight and administration of Businessolver benefits administration tool.

Develop relationships with TPAs and work with them to resolve issues. Coordinate resolution of benefit issues with broker’s Benefit Advocate Center.

Monitor plan eligibility and other restrictions to ensure compliance with plan provisions and government requirements.

Experience servicing employee benefits accounts (Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, HSA, FSA).

Experience working with small-mid size groups.

Prior Experience working with an Independent Brokerage or Agency.

Experience working in a team environment.

College Degree Preferred, not required.

2+ years of experience in a similar role at another insurance brokerage or within the employee benefits industry

Providing Gibson Client experience to existing accounts and potential clients, ensuring retention and client satisfaction

Preparing employee communications materials, such as benefit guides, brochures, flyers, and payroll stuffers

Conducting group education and enrollment meetings at client sites or via webinar as required

Love delivering a great client experience

Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance, risk management, or financial services industry

Documenting all client activity and correspondence into agency management tools and software systems

Maintaining data integrity in the agency management system

Providing the Gibson client experience to existing accounts and potential clients

Developing and retaining solid partnerships with clients’, HR managers and other client support staff

Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.
