THIS IS A CORPORATE POSITION
Job Summary
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting various aspects of the benefit programs, encompassing administration of the benefit programs and maintaining database(s) and files, providing support to Team Members, to developing and implementing solutions for Papa John’s benefits delivery, leave administration and managing vendor relationships. The role will also be responsible for performance and implementation, participation in strategic and innovation sessions, owning and driving process improvement with stakeholders in various areas, developing benefit communications and trainings, assisting with open enrollment and other project-based work as needed. This position provides support for the execution and administration of team member benefit programs, serving as the benefits plan SME and ensures programs are operating and administered as designed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating benefit seminars and workshops. Assess and analyze the need for benefit communications and identify innovative ways to communicate with team members about benefits.
- Assist with leading all systems analysis and develop testing to ensure smooth transition on any new programs.
- Analyze billing and produce dashboards to assist in understanding future design options.
- Serve as subject matter expert on benefit policies and plans.
- Administer, research and analyze team member benefit programs, i.e., health & welfare plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation (monitoring state and local paid leave laws, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Assist management with resolving team member and vendor benefit issues and questions.
