Overview An Employee Benefits Producer is a professional who specializes in providing employee benefits to employers. They are responsible for researching and recommending the best benefit plans for employers, as well as managing the implementation and administration of those plans. They also provide advice and guidance to employers on how to maximize the value of their benefits plans. Detailed Job Description An Employee Benefits Producer is responsible for researching and recommending the best benefit plans for employers. They must be knowledgeable about the various types of benefits available, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. They must also be able to analyze the needs of employers and recommend plans that meet those needs. The Employee Benefits Producer is also responsible for managing the implementation and administration of the benefit plans. This includes ensuring that the plans are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing guidance to employers on how to maximize the value of their benefits plans. Job Skill Requirements• Knowledge of employee benefits and related laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with employers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits
• Professional certification in employee benefits (e.g. CEBS, RHU, etc.)
• Knowledge of relevant software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc.)

• Knowledge of employee benefits and related laws and regulations
• Knowledge of relevant software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting
• Knowledge of customer service principles
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting
• Experience in developing and implementing employee benefits plans

• Research and recommend the best benefit plans for employers
• Manage the implementation and administration of benefit plans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
