What you’ll be doing:

• The Pricing and Web Services Project Manager (PM) works with IT, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Credit, Purchasing, Merchants within a small closely aligned Ecomm team.
• You will envision, implement, and maintain the customer experience within Staples Technology’s Online sales platform, working directly with Customer and our Web Services provider resources as well as all other Staples Technology associated departments.
• You maintain documentation for both admin users and sales users, including implementation, and maintenance of training content and FAQs.
• You will develop and document ongoing enhancements and requirements for customer special projects.
• Manage assortment and pricing actions at the customer level. Work with Manufacturers, Suppliers, Sales, Customer Service, IT and Purchasing to resolve content, order, and pricing issues.
• Manage third party Web Services Provider activities and deliverables.
• Responsible to document and train on all aspects of our E-comm application for both internal and customer facing requirements.
• You take a lead role in developing and directing our Staples Tech (STS) E-commerce offering and Web-Service Provider relationship.
• Create and manage troubleshooting and release testing QA protocols to ensure proper implementation of our requirements from the software development team.

What you bring to the table:

• You can design and implement complex custom web content using HTML and Platform applications and implement and manage SSO and Punchout integrations
• Experienced creator of technical documentation desired
• Experience in Web Marketing Strategy and Monetization
• Ability to use independent judgment to understand the complex customer requirements to develop specifications for solution design
• Manage the implementation and execution of the client solution ensuring the highest level of satisfaction to the sales team and customer.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills required
• Knowledge of E-commerce site design, development standards, and protocols
• Strong business acumen and understanding of web-based standards and tools
