Compensation Range: $85,000 - 95,000 per year

Cella is looking for a talented eCommerce Digital Merchant for our impressive retail client. In this role, you will support site merchandising and operations to ensure smooth website performance. As eCommerce Digital Merchant, you will analyze online KPIs to suggest digital strategies and enhancements that drive results and overall success and will also collaborate with merchandising and marketing partners to design business strategies and execute marketing activities. The ideal candidate possesses a business-oriented mindset and the ability to recognize the impact and significance of content within an eCommerce setting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the merchandising team to propel the success of overall brand initiatives.
• Optimize the homepage, establish navigation hierarchy, craft collection pages, and arrange their sequence.
• Cooperate closely with the digital marketing team to assess and provide feedback on digital and social media materials.
• Collaborate extensively with relevant stakeholders to devise and execute AB testing roadmaps.
• Verify the accuracy of online content, including product details.
• Forge strong partnerships with pertinent stakeholders to pinpoint areas for process enhancement, thus boosting efficiency.
• Examine the competitive landscape to set digital standards and optimal practices.
• Assume accountability for the specifications, setup, maintenance, and enhancement of website pages, encompassing elements like attribution, images, and content.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of web analytics tools.
• 2-3 years of e-commerce merchandising experience in direct retail, eCommerce or consulting environment.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work setting and effectively handle conflicting demands.
• Experience executing content plans for digital platforms.
• Adaptable and innovative at finding solutions to problems.
• Sharp focus on details and excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, applications and processes.
