Business Systems Analyst Ii

The Business Systems Analyst provides input into formulating business solutions through research, manipulation and/or analysis of data, facts, and information. You will provide support for the implementation and administration of technologies in order to meet defined objectives and contribute to the overall business strategy. Your day to day involves use of independent judgment as well as responsibility for performing technical and somewhat complex duties.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
• Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
• Business Systems Analyst II: $50,000 - $60,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.
• Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Business Systems Analyst I: $24.00/hr. - $26.44/hr., plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Business Systems Analyst II: $50,000 - $60,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Business Systems Analyst I: $24.00/hr. - $26.44/hr., plus annual bonus opportunity.
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide production support and perform ad-hoc reporting.
• Use Agile principles to to drive processes, decision making, and align with the rest of the team/organization on goals and objectives.
• Create testing / use cases and run manual test scenarios.
• You will work on the team that manages legacy billing / payment systems, and ensure customers' payments are applied correctly.

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience with billing and payment systems.
