Job Description

Business Analyst II
Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Influence processes and guardrails to ensure operational success
  • Embrace the complexities of the marketplace, diving in to become an expert in the needs of both buyers and sellers
  • Provide data-driven insights to a team of Client and Category Managers to influence key business decisions
  • Support the development of executive-ready presentations on strategy and operational updates
  • Support business planning-related deliverables and ad-hoc data-driven projects
  • Prepare complex documentation impacting major projects, maintain and demonstrate knowledge of resources across multiple department/functional areas
  • Conduct business analysis across all sites leveraging internal and external data
  • Work cross-functionally with peer analytics teams (e.g. BU analytics, marketing analytics, inventory analytics, product analytics) to develop comprehensive tools and business recommendations
  • Develop reporting scorecards and dashboards
  • Elicit and translate business requirements into associated process maps and business models.

Technical Requirements:
  • Advanced SQL coding (+ demonstrated expertise working with and pulling data from Data Warehouse)
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Proficient in MS Powerpoint
  • Demonstrated expertise developing and updating scorecards / dashboards in Tableau and MS Excel

  • Data sanitization / attribution / cleanup experience
