Search Marketing Manager Jobs

Seeking experienced Google PPC freelancer to join our team as a part-time (at first) PPC lead to hopefully grow into VP-level Head of Paid Search.

• Significant autonomy - in many cases, we effectively act as the client's outsourced CMO

• Fully remote unless you happen to live in Los Angeles, London, or Beirut, in which case you can decide if a hybrid structure would be effective

• Great pipeline of junior talent to develop (you don't have to do everything yourself) and new clients.

• Coordinate with our high-performing social, copywriting, strategy, and SEO teams.

• High-performing learning culture. Every month we give each other feedback, including to the CEO, on how we can do our jobs better. 5% of your (paid) time is devoted to training and improvement. We've never lost a team member involuntarily, so we must be doing something right with our culture

• Consistent growth in the last six years since the agency's founding

REQUIRMENTS:

• Demonstrated experience successfully leading PPC campaigns.

• Process-oriented. We can't scale and you can't grow without building processes that team members can follow so you can have maximum leverage.

• Must have reasonable though not necessarily complete overlap with Pacific Time business hours

• Native-level fluency in English.

• Ability to transition between big-picture strategy and nitty-gritty details - no one will be watching over your shoulder or catching mistakes.

Pay depends on experience and (for bonuses) results.
