The Recruiting Specialist-Processor is responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting service delivery plan for multiple positions within an aligned business unit(s). This role will act as a trusted business partner and manage relationships at all levels to source, attract and deliver new hires to the organization.
- Consult directly with hiring team/managers in multiple locations to define open positions and job requirements, managing a strong pool of active, passive and internal candidates.
- Communicate with all client areas in a clear, concise and proactive manner and update all tracking and reporting tools on a weekly basis.
- Leverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively with clients
- Implement effective recruiting strategies and processes to ensure a high level of service delivery and ultimately improve client service delivery feedback
- Develop and execute tactical and strategic sourcing strategies to create passive talent pools/pipelines using all available resources including LinkedIn, Google, CRM, etc.
- Increase awareness on importance of diversity and ensure presentation of qualified, diverse slates of candidates
- Coach and mentor early-career recruiters
- Conduct resume review and initial recruiter screen, manage candidate communication/follow up, lead feedback sessions, and conduct offers and negotiations, all with a strong sense of urgency.
- Leverage all current recruiting platforms and tools to deliver against specific campaigns and hiring requirements.
- Develop performance profiles to rely upon during the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions and final selection) to lead the team toward making effective, simple, and practical hiring decisions
- Provide frequent touch points with hiring managers and leaders on progress and results
Requirements
- Motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to summarize data including external market drivers and design sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent
- Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing skills and other assessment techniques
- A proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple recruitment projects and open positions in a high-volume environment.
- A proven desire to leverage technology and embrace innovation and change.
- Foundational understanding of search processes (including Boolean search) along with proficiency in mining CRM and other databases for both active and passive candidates.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of ATS and CRM – Workday and Phenom preferred
- Ability to adjust recruiting processes and meet hiring goals during peak hiring periods
