Job Description

GAC Kuwait is looking for candidates for the role of Documentation Executive, to be based in Kuwait. Could it be you?
GAC Kuwait employs over 60 experts who deliver a wide range of integrated shipping, logistics and marine services with the highest standards of customer services.
We are currently looking to hire a Documentation Executive to join our Liner team.

  • Prepare and send arrival notice to customers prior to vessel arrival
  • Check and verify original BL before releasing delivery order
  • Keep track of vessels’ schedules and assist customers with their enquiries
  • Prepare delivery orders and container releases
  • Calculate and invoice all charges for shipments
  • Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping and logistics
  • Administrative skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferable)
  • Valid Kuwait Article 18 visa
