Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

Research and synthesize technical information into procedures and/or web-based documents for nontechnical and technical users. Responsible for writing, editing, and rephrasing various technical concepts and instruction manuals, training guides, reports pertaining to software processes. Document software quality assurance and engineering processes and specifications. Meet with developers, QA team, and other product experts to gather a full understanding of how the Software and SQA processes work. Audit QA process assessment reports and build context. Produce products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards. Stay abreast with the latest trends and customer needs in software documentation and associated mediums


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing or closely related field


JOB LOCATION: Genius Minds, LLC, 1201 Pacific Avenue, Suite 600, Tacoma, Washington, 98402 and unanticipated job locations throughout the USA. Requires travel/relocation to client sites in different states in the USA.
