Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create all shipping and export documents
  • Comply with QHSE policies and procedures
  • Global communication with Sale Representatives and Operation Support Teams
  • Process shipping orders through JDEdwards, Export Compliance and other systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the department
  • Ensure all special shipping instructions are met for each order
  • Fulfill tasks as described by Supervisor
  • Manage backlog and shipping lanes assigned

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 2 years with dealing with Logistics, Freight and Export experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of working with an Inventory ERP System
  • High School education or equivalent or 2-year experience in distribution environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Able to work flexible hours including overtime

Technical Skills:

  • Assuring compliance is met for all orders shipping
  • JDEdwards or similar ERP experience
  • Maintain a well organize workstation
  • Work in a Team environment.
  • Proficient in Windows including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to per problem solving with shipment discrepancies
  • Customer Service Skills - relating to communication, responsiveness, and ability to follow special instruction
