What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing document traffic between the project office, field project personnel, customers, external agencies, and all other project stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Design Managers in their day to day duties.
  • Coordinating and routing documents for review and approval.
  • Developing and distributing status reports and following up on action items.
  • Attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including the client, and presenting on status and action items required related to the project documentation.
  • Managing shared workspaces such as Microsoft SharePoint sites and local storage servers.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Communications skills, both written and verbal, are a keystone for success in this position
  • Availability for period travel (one 2-3 day trip every two months is to be expected)
  • Ability to create, convert, and manipulate a variety of file types.
  • Organizational skills are of the utmost importance
  • A proven ability to work in a fast paced, always-developing environment
  • Ability to pass the customer background check
  • Computer skills are vital to this position
  • Ability to work remotely from the rest of the team

Salary Range:

$44.33 - $77.60
