The Role:
The District Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores through:
- Effective Store visits. Evaluate the performance of the Store Manager, utilising the reports available and set clear objectives to achieve Lovisa directives and benchmarks.
- Focus on reducing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and Team follow the Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practises.
- Flexibility and desire to travel interstate and/or internationally based on the needs of the business
- Ensure communication, through morning calls, written action plans, notices and one-on-one meetings is clear and consistent, with an aim to coach and develop your Team.
- Resiliency and solution-oriented focus at handling/supporting New Store Openings.
- Recruit passionate and Customer focused Team to develop and succession plan through Lovisa.
- Lead Store Managers on best practices for stocktakes and clearance setup.
- Be able to lift 20lbs as needed to support with shipments and fixtures.
- Be always a brand ambassador by emphasizing the daily verbiage of company values and successes.
- Possess an active drivers license as traveling to and from other stores may be required for training purposes.
- Reduce unnecessary costs, through effective rostering - the right people at the right time.

This role will be based across Colorado, Utah and Idaho.
