Job Details
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.

- Acting as the clients representative and in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with focus on improving the customer experience.
- Ensuring customers are aware of all FSG Product and Services
- Collaborating with local operation and corporate solutions teams to ensure fulfilling all customers’ needs and requests.
- Mining current customers and maximizing FSG’s footprint within each client.
- Maintain FSG internal CRM, “Engage” with latest opportunities.
- Account Manager reports to Vice President or Sales Manager
- Customer service and retention of existing clients.
- Demonstrates a highly professional demeanor
- Strong customer facing skills. (Executive presence, writing skills, phone skills, email skills)
- Ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict develop alternatives and compromise appropriately.
- Meet and exceed FSG developed KPI’s.
- Take ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to support quoting and closing business.
- Maintain and increase customer renewal levels and decrease churn rate.
- Communicate with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressed.
- Resolve outstanding customers issues in a timely manner.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Welcome and set up new customers.
- Contact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty.
- Building Strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new FSG product and services.
- Must be able to travel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronics strongly preferred.
- Must have Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical or lighting or industrial signage
- Must be able to pass drug and background screen
