As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions is expanding its staff and seeking anAccount Manager to join theDenver team.



As anAccount Manager, you will serve as the liaison between FSG and our customers. Your core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. You will handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures. Day-to-day tasks consist of putting proposals together, communicating with their team making calls, and taking meetings. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team.


  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.

  • Acting as the clients representative and in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Ensuring customers are aware of all FSG Product and Services
  • Collaborating with local operation and corporate solutions teams to ensure fulfilling all customers’ needs and requests.
  • Mining current customers and maximizing FSG’s footprint within each client.
  • Maintain FSG internal CRM, “Engage” with latest opportunities.
  • Account Manager reports to Vice President or Sales Manager
  • Customer service and retention of existing clients.
  • Demonstrates a highly professional demeanor
  • Strong customer facing skills. (Executive presence, writing skills, phone skills, email skills)
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict develop alternatives and compromise appropriately.
  • Meet and exceed FSG developed KPI’s.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to support quoting and closing business.
  • Maintain and increase customer renewal levels and decrease churn rate.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Resolve outstanding customers issues in a timely manner.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Welcome and set up new customers.
  • Contact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Building Strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new FSG product and services.


Qualifications


JOB REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:


  • Must be able to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency with technology and electronics strongly preferred.
  • Must have Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical or lighting or industrial signage
  • Must be able to pass drug and background screen
  • Positive customer service skills
