As a cleaner in Denver, you will be an integral part of our team, working to ensure that our clients' buildings are always clean, safe, and in proper working order. Your ability to work independently and as a part of our team, as well as your attention to detail and excellent work ethic, will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Report any building maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor
• Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Dust and clean desks, chairs, and other furniture
• Restock necessary supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Adherence to company drug testing and background check policies
