about the part-time studio creative role:

an expert executor of quality content, the soona studio creative is a master of the soona process.

the soona studio creative needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. on top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

this is a part time position located in denver that will report directly to the crew lead.

Requirements

an ideal candidate can:

• Self-motivation, flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes
• Set clear expectations with the customer around the soona experience
• Translate customer feedback into actionable suggestions and assist team with escalations
• Creative thinking and problem solving with on-set challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Translate customer inputs into a successful shoot
• Produce and shoot strong ecommerce and lifestyle photo and video content
• Contribute to the holistic operation of the studio in daily tasks additional to production time, including but not limited to pre-shoot prep, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and overall orderliness.
• Some lifting is required up to 40 lbs
• Meets monthly revenue goals and KPI targets
• Execute exceptional content that delivers on or exceeds customer needs
• Set up different lighting styles and techniques to deliver successfully on client needs
• Good listening skills and excellent attention to detail
• Handle customer escalations and resolve problems by offering achievable solutions
• Patience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Set up the studio for a shoot with little to no direction
• Willingness to assist where needed in addition to production time coverage
• Collaborate well with studio team and soona customer both in-store and remotely
• Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage of studio bookings

has experience in:

• 2+ years of customer service
• 2+ years of professional photography or videography
