Job Description

Director of Talent Acquisition


The Director of Talent Acquisition is a critical role in the organization's human resources function, specifically focusing on acquiring and retaining top talent. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the recruitment and integration of qualified staff members while fostering positive relationships and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.


  • Manage the On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) program, including selecting target schools, coordinating interview schedules, evaluating candidates, and conducting follow-up communications.


  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews, due diligence, and extending employment offers.


  • Oversee the onboarding process for newly hired associates, ensuring a smooth integration into the company's culture, processes, and expectations.


  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with leadership, potential candidates and existing staff, to promote a strong sense of engagement and commitment.


  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate/employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, with a focus on creating a supportive and motivating work environment.


  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations for competitive retention strategies.


  • Regularly analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the hiring strategies, making necessary adjustments for improved efficiency and results.


  • Work closely with the benefits team to ensure effective administration of the provided benefits, addressing any employee inquiries or concerns related to benefits.


  • Collaborate with other HR functions, hiring managers, and leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with the firm's overall goals and objectives.


  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business. MBA, plus

7+years of experience in HR with a specialty in recruiting and talent acquisition

3+ years of Leadership experience
