The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Hiring Manager in processes and initiatives that support our team members. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator’s role will be responsible for key elements in administration, recruiting, retention, onboarding, and employee engagement. All activities will be grounded in employment law, core values, Sanctuary commitments, and racial healing strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members, including reviewing applications, arranging/conducting interviews, and assisting with steps of the internal hiring process.
• Assist with HRIS requirements and onboarding for each new team member, as needed.
• Works to build work relationships and increase morale, productivity, along with retention.
• Supports the Director of Talent in process improvement.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to understand hiring objectives and execute recruiting plans.
• Attending workshops, seminars, training, and departmental meetings to keep abreast of current trends, laws, and regulations in Human Resources.

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience Qualifications:
• Associate degree preferred or 2 years of HR experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HR field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 20 pounds at times.
• Is subject to frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
• Attends and participates in continuing education and training
