Join our dynamic team as the Director of Supply Chain Finance, and together, let's ensure our company exceeds its goals and brings happiness to ALL dogs.
What You'll Do
Partner with the Operations Leadership Team and be their go-to Finance expert, providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support to drive business results.
Own reporting and analysis, delivering valuable insights and recommendations that will shape our supply chain operations.
Develop key operational reporting and KPIs to optimize performance, identify productivity initiatives, and manage inventory levels.
Collaborate with the Operations leadership team to complete budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments in a timely manner.
Oversee costing analysis for new products, supporting our company's goals for growth and innovation.
Lead the Operations Finance team, fostering their development and growth.
What You'll Bring
A passion for Finance and Supply Chain, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/CMA/MBA desired).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant Finance experience, including at least 5 years supporting Operations.
Experience in co-man and third-party logistics environments is a plus.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and different functions.
Self-motivation, analytical prowess, and the drive to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement.
Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence others positively.
A results-oriented approach, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
