At DigitalOptometrics we are actively seeking a Director of Implementation, Supply Chain & Installation operations to lead a team of highly talented professionals.

Job Summary: The Director of Implementation, Supply Chain & Installation Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, installation processes and technical operations within the company. This role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of project and supply chain management, installation procedures, and technical operations to ensure seamless operations, efficient resource utilization, and superior customer experiences.

• Team Leadership:

Implementation planning:

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead, mentor, and guide implementation specialists in the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects.

Supply Chain Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize lead times.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure timely procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials, components, and finished products.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Installation and Deployment:

• Lead the planning and execution of installation projects, ensuring successful deployment of company products at customer sites.
• Manage installation teams and resources, including subcontractors if applicable, to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Establish standardized installation procedures, documentation, and training materials to ensure consistent and high-quality installations.

Technical Operations:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and technical advancements.
• Oversee technical installation support for company products, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of supply chain, logistics, and installation operations.
• Generate regular reports and provide insights to executive leadership on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, installation processes, and technical operations in alignment with company goals.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to support operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, IT, and Customer Support to ensure seamless coordination across functions.

Qualifications

• Years of progressive experience in supply chain management, installation, and technical operations, with a track record of successful leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
