What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced sales operator to support Trusted’s Revenue team as we continue to scale. Your mission will be to identify and implement the processes, resources, and data needed to optimize and scale the success of the team to achieve revenue and growth targets. As a key member of the Revenue organization, you’ll own and drive revenue operations, which includes new sales and upsell operations, reporting and analytics, and implementing and managing tools. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders to assess policies and develop sales incentive programs to increase productivity. We are looking for someone who is strategic, action-oriented, and passionate about process and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excited to build and scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
- Identify tactics and resources for gathering competitive intelligence, including conducting client win/loss interviews
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
- Lead the implementation and optimization of tools to drive operational efficiencies
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales hires
- Partner with Marketing to develop and refine sales collateral (e.g., sell sheet, pitch deck, case studies, proposal template, contract template, etc.) and maintain content library
- Lead internal processes such as monthly sales and client pipeline reviews
- Drive data-driven decision making processes throughout the commercial organization
- Support the sales team using Salesforce with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics
- Support executive analyses and deliverables for internal, board, and investor stakeholders
- Partner with Implementation to establish steps for ensuring new clients are transitioned smoothly into delivery
- Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics such as forecasting, funnel analysis, and market segmentation
- Lead high priority commercial initiatives such as revenue process optimization
- Define standard pricing methodology and process for deal reviews/pricing sign-off as needed

- A strategic planner and decision maker. You have the ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic recommendations, action plans, and process improvements. You understand how actions and decisions impact key company measures and leadership objectives and can work cross-functionally to help make the right decisions to drive the best business results.
You have
- 7+ years in a commercial, sales, or revenue operations role (SaaS preferred) with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
- Advanced level proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement, & BI tools

Trusted reasonably anticipates the salary range for this role to be $151,000 - $219,000 annually, plus equity. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position. We are committed to transparency, and any compensation questions will be addressed early in our recruitment process.
