Associate Director, Sales

The Catalyst Team is seeking an Associate, Director - Sales to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own functional area expertise within an industry.
  • Prepare and conduct formal group presentations at senior management levels to sophisticated national and global customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage and own the pipeline forecast against an annual revenue and profit target.
  • Home-based with some travel (25-30%) as needed to client and partner meetings industry tradeshow events etc.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities across the Automotive OEM sector for the Performance Marketing Group’s suite of solutions.
  • Leverage prior industry relationships to open consultative selling opportunities across all levels of management at target accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and their respective teams.
  • Work with the Concentrix product and marketing teams to help build and execute strategic go-to-market plans.
  • Build strategic relationships across the Concentrix enterprise partner network.


Qu
alifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Aptitude with current office technology including MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to sell to C-Level executives and across business and IT lines.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience of selling and closing complex enterprise marketing and technology deals within the automotive or an auto-adjacent industry.
  • Exceptional ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Significant direct selling experience with proven and effective consultative-selling skills.
  • Strong communication skills – client and internal presentations effective writing.
  • Strong track record of carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating closely across Concentrix teams in a remote work environment.
  • Visionary consultative thinking problem-solving mentality.
  • Knowledge of automotive customer marketing lifecycle and mapping digital strategies to those objectives.
