Director of Sales & Marketing Strategy What you'll do The Director of Sales and Marketing would be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives in our corporate stores and region. Best efforts will be needed to achieve financial profitability. This role will also create and follow best practices to be duplicated in the franchising side of our business as well. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Lead and direct the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to include, but not limited to, interacting with the franchise marketing director, clients, media, directing solicitation efforts, securing business, operating information management systems, preparing and presenting statistical and performance reports and managing all aspects of marketing and sales efforts within the operation
. • Partner with the Operations Management team to include, but not limited to, determining sales pricing strategies, developing specials, establishing events, hosting sales trainings, developing sales culture, working with managers to achieve sales goals in offices, ensuring street marketing reps are operation effectively, monitoring social media, pushing teams to meet sales goals in corporate offices, ensuring that franchise marketing director is achieving success in the field. • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward -Manage pre-opening critical path and pre-opening, as needed • Participate in ownership meetings, as needed, achieving overall goals, have ownership as the director of overall digital growth, and be a mentor to the directors within their team. A successful M & S director of digital will have an eye for driving initiatives forward and help connect teams, such as ops, tech, marketing in order to achieve financial success while growing the brands reach & influence. This role will play a critical role in developing the vision for digital and influencing the overall organization, including key franchise and franchisee leaders. This Role will Report to the company founders/executives. Responsibilities Own and drive forward the overall vision of marketing, Advocate for the resources and timelines needed to execute the goals of marketing and sales. Network and engage community on behalf of company. Participate in occasional out of office company promotional events in supervisory manner. Lead a director team (product, engagement, and analytics) into team success by creating shared goals across teams and setting vision aligned with C-suite.
Be part of the marketing org leadership team, discuss strategy, and make decisions as part of the group and with the executives. Work with team for event planning and management Increase digital maturity and drive & evaluate the success of the department. Communicate and Listen to feedback from franchisees and improve their experience. Lead cross-organizational meetings and be a change-maker and strategic influence across all aspects of the organization - bring the right people together to make decisions aligned with the vision. Partner with marketing EXEC to give a picture of the future for digital with relevant data and information needed to make major business decisions. Partner with operations and finance Mentor, coach, and manage directors to grow their careers and facilitate their professional development. Create team engagement by evaluation initiatives, workloads, and team structures to create optimal working environments for employees. Actively participate and lead in companies’ community engagement and outreach Plan content production Oversee Digital marketing results & efforts. Partner with Public Relations professionals
What we expect from you 5+ years of experience leading teams in Marketing/ Sales 8-10 years of experience in digital (analytics, service, or digital marketing) Proven experience leading digital teams in CRM, engagement, digital analytics and digital product. Deep understanding of marketing/digital tech stacks, digital analytics technologies Organizational influence, Event Planning Skills Experience and/or interest in outside-the-box thinking and tactics (guerilla marketing, street marketing) Knowledge of Graphic Design Expertise in social media PASSION FOR FITNESS & WELLNESS Work Hard Play Hard Mindset Travel: 30%Company address: 5458 town center Rd., Boca Raton Fl 33486
