Job Summary:
As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through end-to-end sales activities, including demand generation, lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and account management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for Kapture.Cx. You will also work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships by providing excellent account management services
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects, and follow up to ensure successful closure
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts to the management team
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and senior management
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
