As a Global Operations Associate, you’ll work closely with cross functional partners to optimize processes, drive operational efficiency, reduce friction, and eliminate pain points across Global Care Operations. You’ll be given strategic direction, but you will take ownership of day to day initiatives that support the Global team in achieving our aspirational goals. You will report into the Sr. Manager of Program Operations.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Ideate and implement process optimizations and changes to ZenDesk, Talkdesk, RStudio, Looker and other Ops-related systems
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Global capabilities & processes
  • Drive process improvement & escalation management with key external care delivery partners
  • Provide weekly reporting on Care Delivery to Global leadership teams
  • Assist the Sr. Program Operations Manager in the tracking and success of the Global Program
  • Support internal operational enablement through different communication channels (e.g. Slack, Confluence, Guru, etc)
  • Support member-escalation resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on existing & new care delivery opportunities


What We Expect From You


  • You thrive in ambiguous, complex, and dynamic environments

  • You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who embraces autonomy while still keeping stakeholders in the know
  • You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations
  • You are a keen listener who can diagnose pain points for teams and help them move them from a reactive to proactive mindframe
  • You have a strong ability to spot opportunities for improvement and intercept problems before they have a chance to arise
  • You have experience working in ZenDesk or other similar systems
  • You strive to balance competing priorities, always keeping the long-term vision in mind as you develop short-term tactical plans for execution


Nice To Haves


  • You have experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
  • You have experience at a high growth startup or within the healthcare space
  • You have experience administering project management tools (ex. Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Sharepoint, etc)


The target salary range for this position is $ 59,400 - $ 73,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
