Job Summary
Prometheus Group is seeking an experienced Director of Sales Operations. As the Director of Sales Operations at Prometheus Group, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for optimizing the performance and efficiency of our sales organization. You will drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and implement effective strategies to ensure the sales team achieves or exceeds their targets. Your analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and expertise in sales operations will be crucial in developing and executing initiatives that align with the company’s overall objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and customer success, to ensure smooth execution of sales operations processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into sales performance and help identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to establish sales goals, quotas, and compensation plans that align with overall company objectives.
- Implement and manage sales processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales operations or sales management roles, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems to drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
