We are looking for a Director of Sales, Mid-Market to join the Netradyne team. Reporting to the CRO, the Director of Sales, will be responsible for managing and overseeing members of a mid-market sales team. Their main duties also include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure the building and management of a healthy pipeline of business sufficient to support the bookings objectives for your region. Ensure that leading indicator KPI’s are consistently met.
  • Drive consistent execution of the sales plan to achieve sales goals and ensure that the majority of the individual contributors in your charge meet their objectives
  • Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned quota for the region
  • Build and grow a high performing, highly accountable team
  • Coordinate sales coverage of your assigned region by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
  • Coach and support sales representatives throughout the sales process and in achieving their individual goals
  • Establish and maintain a high standard for performance on the team

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent leadership skills. Proven track record of building high performing teams and promoting individuals from your teams into positions of greater responsibility and contribution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • At least 7+ years of sales experience required.
  • Location: Remote
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with peers and internal customers at all levels
  • Reporting and metrics-driven to analyze data and improve processes
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com (or other CRM system) to manage contacts, track sales process and pipeline, perform account planning, create contact database and generate performance reports
