Executive Director, Platform Product Management

What you'll do

• Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas and build teams necessary to execute
• Create and maintain documents and related artifacts to communicate platform vision, strategy, roadmap and related details to internal (and some external) constituencies
• Understand the CX platform’s strategic and competitive positioning and identify areas of opportunity to evolve the platform to deliver meaningful benefits/value in a differentiated manner
• You will report to a VP Product & Engineering CX Solutions to help drive the evolution of the core CX platform for CSG
• Drive platform development with a team of world-class engineers and SaaS operations experts
• Evaluate and integrate platform history, customer asks, research and market analysis to prioritize platform evolution requirements
• Define and analyze metrics to evaluate and measure the success in achieving desired platform evolution goals
• Establish a shared vision across the division by building consensus on priorities for platform evolution
• Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of platform capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• 5+ years in product management/development/operations in software-as-a-service
• 10+ years of experience in product management in enterprise software / technology, with at least 3 years at the Director/Sr. Director/Exec. Director level
• Demonstrated knowledge of important platform technologies of AI/ML/Gen-AI, data pipelines and databases, real-time/batch APIs, low-code/no-code systems, deployment automation

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$165,922.79-$265,477.15

This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
