Job Description
Alltroo, a professional fundraising company, is seeking a Director of Partnerships to join our team and help us build strategic partnerships within the entertainment and lifestyle space across talent direct, talent agencies and entertainment studios. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing partnerships with talent across verticals ranging from film and television to music and travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, a proven track record of success in building partnerships and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
_ Identify and develop strategic partnerships across entertainment studios, talent agencies and with talent direct.
_ Build and maintain relationships with talent agents, managers and other industry professionals.
_ Negotiate and close partnership deals.
_ Manage and execute partnership programs.
_ Track and report on partnership performance.
_ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and success.
_ Manage special projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
_ 8-10 years of experience in the entertainment and lifestyle industry.
_ Proven track record of success in building partnerships.
_ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
_ Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, with a strong network across studios, talent agencies and talent direct.
_ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
_ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
_ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
